Here’s the thing about the typical corporate offering: a one-hour “intro to prompting” webinar is not training. It’s a demo. - Which tools are approved, on which accounts, for which data
- What never goes into a model: client financials, personal information, credentials
- Where human review is mandatory before anything reaches a customer
- Who owns the system and who staff ask when something looks off

Hire an unemployed Albertan and the support rises to 75% and up to $10,000 for that trainee.
Two rules to plan around: the training must total at least 21 instructional hours from an unaffiliated third-party provider, and you must apply at least 30 days before training starts.
