You will need an AI provider that runs on a desktop or a virtual machine, at least a $23 a month subscription. We also highly recommend a $100 a month CRM subscription for customer-facing AI and as a centralized database, though we can generally work with your database. It is custom built, so built for you.
Your data stays yours. Builds run on infrastructure you control, with guardrails on what the AI can and cannot touch. We map that before we write a line of code. Each AI provider has its own data policies, and we guide you through them.
Yes. About 80 percent of our work is done outside Calgary. I am from Calgary, and we serve clients in Mexico, all over Latin America, Panama, Canada and the US. Most of the build is done remotely. The interview can be on site or on a call.
