AI Consultant Calgary

Tyler Fikowski is an AI consultant in Calgary. Through ATP AI, Sales and Marketing he wires AI into the inbox, CRM, calendar and phones a small business already runs, builds custom AI systems, trains teams, and speaks on AI, for owners in Calgary, across Alberta and anywhere in Canada.

You talk to Tyler, not a sales team. The first call is a conversation about your business, and you leave with a map of what to automate first whether or not you hire us.

What an AI consultant in Calgary actually does

Most AI consultants sell a strategy deck and leave. I build. The job is to look at how your Calgary business runs today, find the hours that are leaking into manual work, and put AI on those tasks so a real person gets them back. Five ways that shows up:

AI integration

Wiring AI into the tools you already pay for: inbox, CRM, calendar, phones, website. Not another app to ignore. This is the core of the work.

How AI integration works

Custom AI builds for the owner

A command center that reads your inbox, CRM and calendar and tells you what needs you today. Custom dashboards and custom skills, on a machine you control.

AI for Owners

Customer-facing AI. Meet Kaylee.

An AI receptionist and website chat that answers day or night, books the appointment and follows up. The calls that used to hit voicemail get handled.

AI training for your team

Hands-on sessions so your staff use Claude, ChatGPT and the systems we build with confidence. Delivered in Calgary in person or live online anywhere in Canada.

AI for Teams

Speaking

Plain-language talks on what AI does for a small business right now, for boards, associations and leadership groups. Most recently for provincial CEOs at an Easter Seals event.

How an engagement starts

1

Interview

We sit down and go through your day: your tools, your bottlenecks, where the hours actually go.

2

Map

We chart every tool that should talk to your AI and every task it should take off your plate. You approve the map before anything gets built.

3

Build and hand over

We write the custom code, wire it in, test it on real work, and train you on it live. Weeks, not a six-month IT project.

Who this is for

A good fit

  • Owner-run businesses in Calgary, Alberta or anywhere in Canada with 2 to 50 staff.
  • Service businesses that live on the phone, the inbox and the calendar: trades, clinics, hospitality, professional services, property.
  • Owners who want it done for them and handed over working, then maintained.
  • Teams that already pay for a CRM, a calendar and a phone system and want those tools to do more.

Not the right fit

  • You want to build it yourself with free tools. Honestly, good for you. This is done-for-you.
  • Nobody in the business owns the decision. I build for the owner or the person who signs off.
  • You need it live by Friday. A build takes weeks, and I will not rush the map.
  • You want a vendor to pick the software first and fit the business to it. Here the workflow decides the tool.

  • The Crossing Resort
  • 310 Lock
  • Accomsure
  • Calgary Petroleum Club
  • Niagara Clearview
  • Easter Seals

These are some of the businesses we have built AI for. The work ranges from an owner's desktop AI wired into the tools the business already runs, to an after-hours AI voice agent answering the calls that used to go to voicemail, to reporting systems and custom apps built around one team's daily work.

I'm Tyler Fikowski. RCAF F-18 avionics tech, then sales rep to director, then the first salesperson through the door at a startup that I helped scale to nine cities, 136 internal reps and over 70 contractors across six countries. I build the systems I wished I had back then. Read the full story.

Calgary based, working across Alberta and Canada

ATP AI, Sales and Marketing is based in Calgary, Alberta. Calgary and Edmonton owners can have the interview on site. Everywhere else in Alberta and across Canada, the interview is a video call and the build is done remotely, because the systems we wire into live in the cloud anyway. The same team that built for a Calgary locksmith has built AI receptionists for a Vancouver company and a hotel, so distance has never been the constraint. The constraint is always whether the owner is ready to hand the repetitive work over.

Questions people ask before they call

What does an AI consultant in Calgary cost?

It depends on what gets wired in, how many people use it and how much custom code is involved, so every build is scoped to the business. On the first call we map it with real numbers before you commit to anything. You will not get a price from a web page, and I would be careful of any consultant who gives you one without seeing your workflow.

How long does an AI integration take?

Weeks, not months. Interview first, map second, build third, and you are trained on it live before handover.

Do I need to be technical or buy new software?

No. If you can run your business, you can run this. We wire AI into the tools you already pay for: inbox, CRM, calendar, phones, website.

Is my data safe?

Your data stays yours. Builds run on infrastructure you control, with guardrails on what the AI can and cannot touch. We map that before we write a line of code.

Do you only work in Calgary?

No. ATP AI, Sales and Marketing is Calgary based and serves Alberta first and all of Canada. Most of the build is remote. The interview can be on site in Calgary or on a call from anywhere.

What is the difference between an AI consultant and an AI agency?

An agency usually sells you a product it already has. A consultant is supposed to start from your workflow and pick the tool last. I do the consulting and the build in one engagement: I interview you, map the work, write the code and hand it over working, then maintain it.
