The guarantee. Calgary based. Serving Alberta, all of Canada and North America.
The four hours a day guarantee is Tyler Fikowski's promise, through ATP AI, Sales and Marketing, that when we build AI into your business, the owner and the team get at least four working hours a day back, measured against a baseline we agree on before the build starts. If we cannot see four hours in the mapping stage, we do not start. If the build comes up short, we keep building until it is there.

Every AI company on the internet promises to save you time. Nobody says how much. Nobody says what happens if it does not.
I do, because I have watched it happen enough times to know where the hours hide.
I was the first salesperson through the door at a startup and helped scale it to nine cities, 136 internal reps and over 70 contractors across six countries. I know what a day of admin costs a business owner, because I live it. I run this business and I live it every day. Every hour spent chasing email and rebuilding the same report is an hour not spent selling.
Here is my own number. I have personally taken a week's worth of administrative work and I now get it finished Monday in half a day. Admin out of the way, on to building the business.
Here is what that looks like in other real businesses, and then the exact terms of the promise.
Two examples from my own desk, so you can see the size of the thing.
On a consulting project I spun up 87 AI agents to run the research. Between them they did about 2,000 human hours of work. Reading, comparing, cross-checking, writing it up.
My job on that project was to read the output and decide what mattered.
That is what AI does to a task. It does not shave it. It removes it, and leaves you the review.
The daily briefing is the one people feel first. Instead of hours inside the inbox every morning, I get one briefing: what came in, what needs me, what can wait. I answer with talk to text and the system drafts the replies.
Hours of email became one read and one conversation. That alone is most of a morning back, every working day.
Lee Alderman runs 310 Lock, Calgary's largest locksmith. When we started, I promised him four hours a day back once Claude Code was installed properly in his business. Not a demo on a laptop. Installed, wired into the way his company actually runs, with his people trained on it.
He gave us a 5-star review.
Here is the part I did not predict. Lee now spends about four hours a day vibe coding. Building his own tools, his own dashboards, his own fixes. If I am honest it is probably five.
The hours you get back do not sit empty. They get spent on the things you never had time to build.
That is the real shape of this guarantee. We hand you four hours. What you do with them is up to you. Lee chose to build, and there is a reason he still has us working for him. Read how I got here.
I spoke to a room of provincial CEOs at Easter Seals Alberta and used two builds to show what "four hours a day" looks like when you count it.
One business runs a market scan for every customer it works with. It took a person about 2 hours per customer. They do it roughly 70 times a week.
We built a skill that does the scan. It now takes 30 minutes, and most of that is the person reading the result and deciding what to do.
Run that math across 70 scans a week. That is not a nicer afternoon. That is a department's worth of time, every week, forever.
Two senior managers were spending their days pulling numbers out of tools, pasting them into reports and explaining them upstairs.
We built them a custom dashboard that reads the tools directly. Between the two of them it saves 24 hours a week. Three full working days, back in the hands of the two most expensive people on the floor.
AI is going to save your business thousands and thousands of hours. The only question is whether you go and get them.
The guarantee works because of the process. It is the same every time, and it starts long before anyone writes code.
We sit down with you and your team and ask one question over and over: what takes hours? Not what is annoying. What actually eats the day.
Every task goes on a list with the time it takes today. Both sides sign off on that list. It becomes the baseline the guarantee is measured against.
We build a custom skill for each task on the list, wire it into your tools, test it on real work and train your people on it live.
Here is how it plays out. You tell us a client takes 2 hours of research before you can quote them. We build a skill that does that research in 7 minutes. Now the job is review, not research.
Then we do it again for the next task on the list. And the next.
The same thing happens over and over. That is why I can guarantee it.
01 For the owner
Desktop AI set up properly on a machine you control, wired into your inbox, calendar and CRM, with custom skills built around your actual job.
You personally get four hours a day back, guaranteed. Then it keeps growing, because once it is installed properly you will be able to build your own tools, the way Lee does.
AI for Owners02 For your team
The full interview, map and build process across your team's day to day. Easy to press buttons and custom dashboards, not new software for everyone to learn.
In practice it tends to shave hours off every person's day. I will not promise that per person. What I promise is four hours a day for the business, guaranteed.
AI for Teams03 For your customers
Calls, texts, web chat and forms answered in seconds, around the clock, with the appointment booked and the follow-up sent.
This one does not carry the hours guarantee. It carries a different one: 100 percent after-hours answering and website capture. The calls that used to hit voicemail get handled.
AI for CustomersPlain terms, no fine print hiding anything.
That is the whole promise. Agreed hours, then we go get them.
What you are going to do with those hours.
I am serious. We saved Lee four hours a day and he now spends five vibe coding. The guarantee gets you the time. It does not tell you how to spend it.
The ordinary exclusions, for the record:
Nothing else. If it was on the list and we built it, we own the result.
Depends on the build. On AI for Owners, you personally get four hours a day back. On AI for Teams, we add up the time saved across everyone on the baseline list, per working day. It often works out to hours per person, but the guarantee is written at the business level so nobody is overpromised.
We do, together, in the interview and mapping stage. You tell us what takes hours, we write it down with the time it takes today, and both sides sign off before we build a thing.
First, we do not start unless we can both see the four hours in the mapping stage. If the build then comes up short, we build the next part and keep building until the number is there. You do not pay twice for one promise.
No. Customer-facing AI carries its own promise: 100 percent after-hours answering and website capture. It is measured in calls and leads handled, not hours on a staff list.
No. You need to be able to describe your day. We do the interview, the map, the code and the training. Lee Alderman started as a locksmith who wanted his afternoons back, and he now builds his own tools.
Yes. I am from Calgary and most of the build is done remotely. We serve Alberta, all of Canada and North America. The interview can be on site or on a call.
Start with the interview. Tell me what eats your day and I will tell you, honestly, whether four hours is there. Most of the time it is more.
