AI for Owners
Your command center. Built for you. The goal: 4 hours a day back.
The Owner Build
You don't just need AI. You need a command center: custom dashboards, 7-10 custom skills built around your actual job, and every connector that matters - wired in. You don't have time to build that. We do. Here's how: we interview you, map your connectors, write the custom code, and stand up your command center.
Custom Dashboards
One screen that shows your whole business the way you think about it - pipeline, cash, calendar, inbox. Built around your job, not a template.
7-10 Custom Skills
Skills built around the work you actually repeat: the weekly report, the proposal draft, the follow-up sweep, the pre-meeting brief. Yours, not generic.
Every Connector That Matters
Email, calendar, CRM, phones, documents, accounting - wired in and talking to each other. That's the difference between a tool and a command center.
What Your AI Command Center Includes
Here’s the thing about AI for business owners: buying tools is easy. Getting them to work together is the job. A command center is not another subscription – it’s your whole operation wired into one place, built on a machine you own.
- Custom dashboards – your pipeline, your inbox priorities, your numbers, on one screen you actually look at
- 7-10 custom skills – the repeatable work of YOUR business (quoting, follow-up, reporting, content) taught to your AI so it runs on command
- Every connector that matters – email, calendar, CRM, phones, socials, payments – wired in and talking to each other
- A daily briefing – what happened, what needs you, what can wait, before your first coffee
- Guardrails – drafts before sends, approvals before actions, and nothing leaves the building without you
A Day With the Command Center (Before and After)
Before: you open email, then the CRM, then the bank, then socials, then a spreadsheet. Ninety minutes gone and you haven’t done owner work yet.
After: one briefing tells you the three things that need you. Routine replies are drafted. Follow-ups already went out. The proposal you needed is 80% written in your voice – you edit and approve.
That’s the promise we build against: about four hours a day back. Not by working faster – by not doing work a system should do. I watched this compound while scaling a sales org across nine cities: the operators who won weren’t smarter, they had less friction. Read what a custom AI command center actually does for the full breakdown.
How the Build Works
No mystery, no six-month roadmap. The engagement runs in four steps:
- Week 1 – Audit and map. We sit in your business, find where your hours actually go, and pick the 7-10 highest-leverage skills.
- Weeks 2-3 – The build. Dashboards, connectors, and skills installed on your machine, in your accounts. You own everything from day one.
- Week 4 – Handoff and training. You learn to run it, tweak it, and add to it. We don’t rent capability back to you.
- After – Coaching cadence. Optional check-ins as your business (and AI) evolves.
What It Costs and Common Questions
Every build is scoped to the business – a solo operator’s command center and a 20-person company’s are different animals. For honest market context on pricing models, read our AI consultant cost guide for Calgary, then book a call for a real number.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can run your business, you can run the command center. That’s the point of the handoff week.
Whose accounts and machines does this live on?
Yours. Your hardware, your logins, your data. Dependency is a business model – just not ours.
How is this different from hiring a VA or buying more software?
A VA needs managing and software needs integrating. The command center is the integration – and it works at 6am on a Sunday.
Does this work outside Calgary?
Yes – remote-first delivery, Canada-wide. Calgary owners get the option of in-person sessions.
